PHP strnatcasecmp() Function

The strnatcasecmp() function in PHP compares two strings using a "natural" algorithm. It is a case-insensitive function.

Syntax

strnatcasecmp ( string $str1 , string $str2 ) 

Parameter

str1(required)- This parameter represents the first string.

str2(required)- This parameter represents the second string.

Return

This function returns a value less than( < 0) if str1 is less than str2.

It returns a value greater than( > 0) if the parameter str1 is greater than str2.

It returns a value 0 if both the parameters str1 and str2 are equal.

Output

String 1: Hello World
String 2: hello world
The strnatcasecmp() function returns 0

The strnatcasecmp() function returns 1
