Who should take this exam?

AWS Certified Machine Learning is an exam which you have to pass to get this certificate. If you are working professional in this field then it is very helpful for you. But if you have not enough experience in this field then you should first take some experience. It is preferred by AWS itself that it will be better when you take this exam you should have one or more year experience in handling machine learning related things in Amazon Web Services. Before you take this exam, we recommend you to have the following:

  • You should acquire two year or more experience on handling machine learning related things in Amazon web services.
  • You should be able to understand the basic things of Machine learning algorithms.
  • You should have the expertise for performing basic hyper parameter optimization.
  • You should able to understand about different frameworks of Machine Learning and deep learning.
  • You should have the ability to follow model-training, deployment, and operational best practices.

What does it take to earn this certification?

If you want to get the certificate then you have to go through the AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty exam (MLS-C01). In this exam, you have to face two types of questions like multiple choice questions and multiple reasons question. The AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (MLS-C01) exam is designed for the persons who perform an artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) development or data science role. The exam also validates a candidate’s expertise to perform the below given tasks:

  • If you are given one business problem then you have to choose one ML approach to solve this and you also have to justify your point of view.
  • You have to identify appropriate things to implement your approach.
  • You have to design and implement an ML solution such that it takes low cost and gives best security also.

Passing process

You can get the score in this exam in the range of 100 to 1000. You have to obtain minimum 750 marks to pass this exam and to get this certification approved. Whether you pass or not your score will reflect your present performance in the contents of the exam.
