Excel TIME() Function
The TIME() function in excel returns the serial number of a particular time.
Syntax
TIME(HOUR, MINUTE, SECOND)
Parameter
HOUR (required)- This parameter represents the hour for your time.
MINUTE (required)- This parameter represents the minute for your time.
SECOND (required)- This parameter represents the second for your time.
