Yash Nagar is popularly known by the name Wily Frenzey who is a record producer and DJ. Yash composed many songs for his brother CarryMinati and among them, one has hit 300 million views a few days ago.

Educational Life

CarryMinati was not a bookworm. He never liked studies. He completed his schooling at Delhi Public School in Faridabad. He chooses commerce as his stream for classes xi and xii. Once he got nervous before his Economics exams and he was not prepared for it. He went to his parents and discussed the matter.

With their permission, he dropped school and after a year he completed his 12th qualification from distance learning. He then left his studies and devoted his full time to YouTube and the rest is history. Carry was overweight at an early age and faced health issues after which he joined the gym and with hard work and dedication, he was able to get fit.

He has published a song named 'Vardaan' on his main channel, CarryMinati, which beautifully portrays the journey of Ajey Nagar to CarryMinati.

How CarryMinati Started YouTube Career

CarryMinati came across YouTube when he was just 8 during 2008-2009. He watched football tutorials from where he got an idea that he too can do the same. Those videos inspired him. Moreover, it is very difficult to figure out technical things for an 8-year-old kid. So we can say he is a devoted and hard-working person since his childhood.

Stealth Fearzz was the first channel made by CarryMinati where he regularly posted a video related to football tricks and tutorials. However, it didn't receive that much response from the viewer.

Later in 2014, CarryMinati started a new channel with the name AddictedA1. He started making PC gameplay videos with funny commentary in his voice. To make the videos more entertaining he even mimicked Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Deol. People loved it but it didn't come out to be that well.

The reason for his failure was very few people were interested in such content and internet penetration was very low in India before Jio came and data was very costly.

Carry came across a channel named Leafyishere. He was impressed by the idea of roasting with background game play and adapted the same in his videos.

Once he was with his friend on a Skype call discussing upcoming exams and his friend sent him a video mentioning that it was study notes. He did it just to lighten up the mood. The video had a clickbait title and still, it got a good number of views. Carry made a response video of it which received love from people. Since then he has been doing this.

In 2015 he changed his channel name from AddictedA1 to CarryDeol and kept posting videos related to gameplay with roasting. When his channel got enough limelight he then changed its name to CarryMinati. The word minati comes from the word Illuminati.

CarryMinati’s YouTube career changed when one of his videos went viral. In that video, he roasted Bhuvan Bam who is also a YouTuber and owner of the BB Ki Vines YouTube channel.

YouTube VS Tik-Tok Controversy

If you are on the internet and you have a big name and fame then controversy is a very normal subject. A similar incident happened with CarryMinati in the year 2020. He made a roast video titled “YouTube VS Tik-Tok The End” which became a sensation over the internet within a few hours. It was a roast video about tiktokers.

Today, this 22-year young boy has a total of 60 million followers. After publishing the roast video on Tik-Tok his subscriber count went from 11 million to 20 million and then to 30 million within just 6 months.

This controversy started with the roast video of Elvish Yadav who is also a YouTuber. Amir Siddiqui was offended by this roast video on tiktokers. He made an IGTV video representing the whole tiktokers community stating various issues and later on deleted it because he was receiving enormous hate.

Another YouTuber named Samrat made a roast video in response to Amir Siddiqui’s video. Slowly the war was declared and every single channel started making roast videos on this topic. Some people like Awez Darbar even tried to neutralize the matter but it didn’t work.

In the middle of all these CarryMinati uploaded his video and shook the whole internet. Within just 2 hours the video crossed 2 million views. It was viral across India. Carry roasted Amir Siddiqui in this video and all tiktokers for their cringe content.

Unfortunately, the video was taken down by YouTube as it violated their community guidelines. By that time the video had 80 million views. In his, video Carry uses some inappropriate words to address Amir Siddiqui. It was generally a mass report by fans of tiktokers stating that the video contains cyberbullying and harassment content.

Many influencers like Asish Chanchalani, Bhuvan Bam, and actor Mukesh Khanna came in support of CarryMinati but it didn’t help. The next day Carry had to explain the context of the video as people were taking the wrong interpretation of it.

Now it was time for Carry’s fans. This metric is just unbelievable. What they did is, they just started giving a false rating to the Tik-Tok app on the play store. Its rating went down from 4.6 to 1.2 stars. Later Google deleted millions of ratings.

How CarryMinati Replied to His Deleted Video

CarryMinati wasn’t happy at all. However, he had encountered many ups and downs in his past and he knew how to bounce back. On 25th May 2020, CarryMinati uploaded a trailer of his new song named Yalgaar.

However, this song also got into controversy because haters started to say that music was copied and was criticizing Willy Frenzy who composed it. But time things were in favor of Carry.

Since the moment was already heated up therefore the video song didn’t take enough time to go viral. It broke records at the global level. It was trending at number 6 worldwide after it was published. This song today has crossed more than 300 million views on YouTube.

The lyrics depicted his frustration with the deleted video. He even roasted a few other YouTubers who were his friends but in reality, they were just so-called friends.
