Shahrukh Khan - Biography

Introduction

Shahrukh Khan, born 2 November 1965, often credited as Shahrukh Khan and informally known as SRK, is a famous Indian film actor. Often fans fondly address him as King Khan, King of Bollywood, Romance King and King of Bollywood, he has worked in about 72 Hindi films ranging from romantic dramas. He has been nominated for Filmfare Awards 30 times for his contribution to Bollywood films, out of which he has received this award 14 times.

To date, Dilip Kumar and Shahrukh Khan are the only actors in the entire Bollywood industry who have been awarded the 8th Film fare Award. Further, for his contribution to Indian cinema, he was also awarded the Padma Shri in 2005.

Early life and Education

Shahrukh Khan belongs to the Pathan caste and his father was a freedom fighter, the name Taj Mohammad Khan, who came to Delhi from Qissa Kahani Bazar before the partition of India.

His mother's name is Latif Fatima and was the daughter of Major General Shahnawaz Khan, his mother belongs to the city of Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and Shahrukh Khan also has a sister named Shahnaz, who is affectionately called Lalarukh.

He did his early schooling at Olympus School Delhi, in which he was well versed in sports, education and theatrical arts, at the school he was awarded the "Sword of Honour", which was given every year to the most promising sportspersons of the school.

After this he obtained a degree in economics from Hansraj College, and got a master's degree from Jamia Millia Islamia University, he was a very promising and accomplished person in his student life.

He married Gauri Khan in 1991 according to Hindu customs, with whom they have three children Aryan Khan (son), Suhana (daughter), and Abraham (son).

After the death of his parents, he moved to Mumbai, from where he started his career, and today he is recognized among the top people in the world.

Career

He started his career in the year 1980 with theater and many famous serials. He started his Bollywood career with the film "Deewana", which became the highest-grossing film of that time in 1992. He worked in many different fields like romance, action, comedy and thriller and even played negative roles in many movies like Darr, “Baazigar”, “Anjaam”.

The films made by him did a business of more than 100 crores worldwide, including some very hit films like- "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge", "Devdas", "Chak De India", "Om Shanti Om", other super hit movies like "Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gam", "Kal Ho Na Ho", "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" are also included. According to "Belt Research Form Belt X", King Khan was considered the richest person in the Bollywood industry, whose net worth was estimated at INR 3660 crores, which has now increased to INR 5000 crores.

First Film of Shahrukh Khan

Shahrukh Khan's first film was "Deewana" which was made in 1992 under the direction of Raj Kanwar, it includes Rishi Kapoor, Divya Bharti, and Shahrukh Khan in lead roles.

Although the film "Dil Aashna" was going to be his first film, Deewana was first released in the year 1992, due to this his first film became Deewana, this film had earned about 17 crores at that time. The film's music was the bestselling musical of 1992.

This film broke all the records of earnings at that time, and even today people like this film very much, but Shahrukh Khan appears only in the second part of his first film Deewana.

Religious beliefs of Shahrukh Khan

Mr. Khan started his career with Door Darshan's famous serial "Fauji" in 1988, in which he played the role of commando "Abhimanyu Rai", after which he worked in many serials. Prominent among which was 1987's "Circus". This serial talked about the lives of people working in the circus, which was directed by Aziz Mirza, followed by an English film based on student life at Delhi University called "In Which Any Gives it those once" in which he did a very good role.

Counted among the most successful and big films in his Bollywood career, he played his lead role in the film "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge", which was Aditya Chopra's first film made in 1995. It is said that this film was such a hit that this film has been running in theatres for 12 years, and he has once again received the Filmfare Best Actor Award for this film.

In the year 1996, his films were unsuccessful and it is said that this year proved to be very disappointing for him then after that he started his successful career with films like "Pardes" and "Yes Boss", but it was never before in his life. In the year 1998, he received praise from film critics, and in the same year, the film "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" directed by Karan Johar was very successful, whose songs are liked by the people even today, and for this film, Shahrukh Khan won the Filmfare for the fourth time got the award. The next year was also not very good for him, as his film Badshah could not do much better, then in 2000, the film "Mohabbatein" which was today directed by "Aditya Chopra", his character in this film was well received and received his second Filmfare Award.

At the same time, Shahrukh founded his own film production company "Dreams Unlimited" with Juhi Chawla, a successful actress. His first film with this company was "Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani", but this film failed to spread its magic at the box office, in which he worked closely with Juhi Chawla and Aziz Mirza, in 1996, he acted in Mani Ratnam's film "Dil Se" and for this film, he was praised by film critics greatly appreciated. He did one of his superhit films "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham", which he did with Karan Johar, it was a huge hit at the box office, and it was highly appreciated because it was a family film, and everyone in the normal family This film was highly appreciated, it is included in his superhit films, after this, he got an appreciation for this film based on Ashok Samrat named "Ashoka", but it could not be included in his successful films.

He has worked in films with almost all actresses, and he has made films with many new actresses of today's time, and his films are also well-liked by the people. One of his films is going to come in 2023, named "Pathan", there is a lot of enthusiasm among the people about this film, and his fans are eagerly waiting for this film, this film is a drama film directed by Siddharth Anand. Shahrukh Khan's life has not always been like this, there has always been some problem in his life, for some time he was troubled by financial constraints, and always worked hard to make himself successful. Shahrukh Khan is known as the King of Bollywood today, and even today, he is fit and healthy. People are very happy to see his picture, he takes great care of his body, goes to the gym daily to stay fit, and does yoga every morning. His diet includes skim milk, protein food, fish and eggs. He has a gym of his own in his house, in which he spends 2 to 3 hours a day.

His exercise training also includes 10 minutes of cardio, which is done by modern technology, and he does 100 pushups and sixty pullups daily, and he does not forget to take a protein shake after a daily workout, he is following his diet daily. Along with this, he drinks two to 3 liters of water, so that he remains hydrated and he believes that we should follow our diet plan at home as well as outside, he likes outside food very little, and he rarely goes to the wedding parties and avoids fried food items.

He has done 108 films so far in his career, and he takes 35 to 40 crores for each of his films, he has a big house named Jannat in Dubai, which is very famous in the world, and they also have a farmhouse in Alibagh, and they have a house in Mumbai named Mannat, and they have sources of income from many resources.
