Introduction
Kiara Advani was born on 31 July 1992 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She changed her name from Alia Advani to Kiara Advani before releasing her first film, Fugly, in 2014, as suggested by Salman Khan, because Alia Bhatt was already a famous actress in the entertainment industry. She was inspired by the role of Kiara played by Priyanka Chopra in the movie ‘Anjaana Anjaani’. Therefore, she changed her name to Kiara.
She was born to Genevieve Advani, a teacher, and Jagdeep Advani, a Sindhi Hindu businessman. She is the eldest of the two siblings. She has a younger brother, Mishaal Advani.

Kiara's acting career started in 2014 in 2h 14min ‘Fugly’ of IMDb rating 4.7 out of 10, a thriller/drama/comedy movie where she played the role of one of the four college friends, Devi, who did every possible thing to clear their name as murderers.
In 2016 she acted in a 3h 40min drama/Hindi movie 'M.S. Dhoni' IMDb rating of 7.9 out of 10, in which she played the role of the real-life character of M. S. Dhoni's wife and a hotel manager, Sakshi Rawat.
In the year 2017, she acted in a 2h 28min romance/action movie ‘Machine’ of IMDb rating 2.7 out of 10, in which she played the role of racing enthusiasts Sarah Thapar. The latter met Ranch in a race and fell in love with each other after a few encounters, but later, the truth about a few things begins to unfold in her life.
