Jai Hemant Shroff, popular as 'Tiger Shroff', is an Indian actor, Martial artist, and dancer. He started his career with the blockbuster film "Heropanti". Heropanti is a romantic action film released in 2014. After Hrithik Roshan, he is the one whose dancing skills are praised worldwide. He has light brown eyes with black hair. His birth place is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Micheal Jackson and Bruce Lee inspire him. 

Early life:

Tiger Shroff was born on March 2, 1990. He was born to Jackie Shroff (an Indian Film actor) and his wife Ayesha Shroff. He has one younger sister named Krishna Shroff. He is of Gujarati and Turkmen ancestry from his father's side, while from his mother's side, he is of Bengali and Belgian descent. He has done his schooling at "The American School of Bombay". Then he went to Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for his graduation, but he dropped out of college as he got his debut film, "heropanti".

Tiger Shroff has unbendable faith in Lord Shiva. Before happening of any good event, he took blessings from Lord Shiva. He devotes his physic and strength to lord shiva. He even keeps fast on every Monday and Mahashivratri. He is an experienced Martial artist. He is known for his athleticism and flexibility. Due to his mastery of Martial art, he also trains other actors for films. In Taekwondo, he has been honored by the Fifth Degree black belt.

He received flexibility training from Ziley Mawai to prepare for the "Heropanti". Heropanti, released in 2014 and received mixed reviews, was a surprising commercial success, grossing $726 million (US$9.5 million) globally. He was praised for his dance, action moves, good physique, and ability to pull off difficult stunts. Still, the audience did not appreciate his acting skills, facial expression, and dialogue delivery.

On the other hand, Sweta Kaushal of Hindustan Times disagreed, describing his "dialogues as forced" and claiming that "his statements achieve nothing in a particular context." With Ahmed Khan's Baaghi 2, a spiritual sequel to Baaghi, with Disha Patani, Shroff marked a turning point in his career and established himself in the industry. The film Nadiadwala produced starred him as a rogue army commander on a mission to locate his ex-lost girlfriend's daughter. Baaghi 2 outperformed expectations, collecting 1.65 billion (US$22 million) locally and over 2.5 billion (US$33 million) worldwide to become one of the year's highest-grossing Bollywood films. Tiger Shroff's album "Get Ready to Move" was released in 2018 following the box office success of Baaghi 2. The CD was a smash hit as well.

In 2019, Shroff was seen in the sequel of Student of the Year, "student of the year 2", along with ith Tara Sutaria and Ananya Pandey. It was directed by Punit Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar"s dharma production. It was his first mainstream romantic drama show about a college student who competed in an annual school championship. The audience much appreciated his performance. Tiger shroff's highest-grossing Bollywood film is the action thriller "ar", released in October 2019. Sidharth Anand directs the film. Tiger is in the main lead role along with Hrithik Roshan. The film was a huge success and became the highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2019, having a collection of 4.75 billion Indian Rupees. The movie had a great opening and earned 530 million Indian rupees on its first day. This film is said to be one of the blockbusters of tiger shroff.

In March 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he released his third sequence of Baaghi named Baaghi 3. The film was directed by Ahmed Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiaala. In this film, he again reunited with Shraddha Kapoor. Due to the pandemic, the film could not make many collections at the box office but became the highest first-day opener of 2020 with a collection of 0.175 billion Indian rupees.

In 2022, he again reunited with Ahmed Khan and Sajid Nadiaala for the second sequel of Heropanti, entitled "Heropanti 2".The film as ritten by Rajat Arora. Tiger is in the lead role along with Tara Sutaria and Naazuddin Siddiqui. The film received many negative reviews. People say "poor storyline" about the film and "Tiger deserved better". The film has an average opening of 6.50 Crore Indian rupees and earned 5.50 crore on its 2nd day. The film was also released on an OTT platform, Amazon Prime Video.

-RGV ( Ram Gopal Verma) was once called Tiger shroff, a Transgender. RGV is famous for his rumored comments. Once RGV called Vidyut and said, “tiger shroff is the greatest woman I saw in my life". Tiger ignored his comment but later on, he was apologetic for the same.
