What does ALT + Q do?

It is a useful shortcut that can open the ‘tell me’ box in recent versions of the Office software. The user has to press the Alt key while holding the Q key.

Microsoft Excel 2016

In the MS Excel software, press Alt+Q to open the tell me command box. This is a very important command box that allows the user to type various phrases, and it will give a feature that the user can use to perform that action.

This feature is located in the right bulb of the MS software. It is a search box that can help users to find a particular function to perform the certain tasks. This shortcut allows the user to open the search box easily. In most Microsoft software, the shortcut performs the identical function that allows the user to open the tell me box.

The user using this shortcut for performing two functions which are depend on the task being performed by the user. The user can also use ALT + Q shortcut while creating the presentations.
